Grand Reserve Rewards is a loyalty program focused on wine lovers! The first-of-its-kind program helps wine lovers earn points for their purchases at wine shops, wine clubs, and wineries. The points earned by Grand Reserve Rewards members are redeemable for wine merchandise, experiences, and offers.

Do my points expire?
Grand Reserve Rewards points don't expire as long as your account is active. To keep your account active, simply keep your card linked or login in at least once a year. We'll warn you if you're running out of time. We want you to earn and redeem points!
Do I still earn my normal credit card rewards?
Yes. Grand Reserve is independent of your credit card program.

Am I eligible to earn and redeem Grand Reserve Rewards points?
You need to be 21 years of age or older, reside in the United States, and have an eligible credit card to get started with Grand Reserve Rewards. Just register for an account, link a credit credit, and you're in! You'll start earning rewards points on purchases at wine merchants immediately after you sign up.
When do I earn my first points from purchases?
You earn points on all eligible transactions from the day you sign up and link a credit card. It may take a few days for transactions to post from your credit card to the rewards activity page.
How do I earn Grand Reserve Rewards points?
It's simple! After creating an eligible account and linking at least one credit card, use your linked card to earn points for purchases at wine shops, wine clubs, and wineries. You'll earn 1 Grand Reserve Rewards point for every dollar you spend. For example: if you spend $200 at your favorite wine shop using a linked credit card, you'll earn 200 Grand Reserve Rewards points. It's that easy!

How long does it take for Grand Reserve Rewards points to post to my account?
Grand Reserve Rewards points will appear in your points balance and rewards activity after each transaction from your linked credit card posts or settles. This may take several days after your initial transaction date as your transaction moves from pending to posted status and is controlled by your credit card issuer. Grand Reserve Reward points are available for immediate redemption following the transaction settling. Settlement typically takes 3-5 days, but can take longer depending on your bank and if a weekend or banking holiday occurs on or immediately following your transaction.
Can I earn Grand Reserve points when I buy wine with my linked credit cards at grocery stores?
Wine purchases at grocery stores are not supported. We want to reward you with Grand Reserve points when you buy directly from wine retailers like wineries, wine clubs, and wine shops.
Are there other ways to earn Grand Reserve Rewards points?
Yes! In addition to earning points through purchases at wine-related merchants, you can also earn Grand Reserve Rewards points for bonus activities including referrals, surveys, and others we'll notify you about. Stay subscribed to our email to find out!
Is there a limit to the amount of Grand Reserve Reward Points I can earn?
There is no spend-based limit to the amount of Grand Reserve Rewards points you can earn. We want to reward you for your wine purchases! There may be limits to the amount of points you can earn through bonus activities - we'll let you know what those limitations are when we present you with the bonus activity offer.
Do online purchases count?
Yes, online purchases are rewards eligible. Purchases must be made at wineries, wine clubs, wine shops and other eligible merchants, whether in person or online.
Do my purchases have to be made in the United States?
No. While your credit card must be issued by a US bank and you must reside in the US, international purchases do count. Purchases must be made at wineries, wine clubs, wine shops and other eligible merchants.
How do I check my Grand Reserve Rewards points balance and activity?
You can view your Grand Reserve Rewards point balance and activity on the Dashboard and Activity pages in the Grand Reserve Rewards application. Just log into your account at grandreserverewards.com and you'll see your current Grand Reserve Rewards points balance and the most recent points earning and redemption activity on the Dashboard. Visit the Activity page to view a list of all points earned and redeemed.
I'm missing rewards points for one of my transactions. How do I get my points?
If you feel like you're missing rewards points or the rewards points you earned for a transaction were incorrectly calculated for a purchase at a wine shop, wine club, or winery, click or tap on "Let Us Know" on the Activity page and fill out the details to alert our Customer Support team. We'll investigate and let you know if we're making an adjustment to your rewards points balance!
Credit Card Linking
My card doesn't appear to be linked to my account. How do I resolve this issue?
Visit the Linked Accounts page from the profile menu in the Grand Reserve Rewards app. Tap on the Fix button and follow the prompts to resolve your connection to your bank. If you have additional issues, contact us at email@example.com.
Can I link my debit card to my account to earn Grand Reserve points?
No, the Grand Reserve Rewards program only works with linked credit cards. Link a credit card to your account and start earning points on your spending at wineries, wine shops, and wine clubs!
What can I do with my Grand Reserve Rewards points?
Members can redeem Grand Reserve Rewards points for wine-related merchandise, offers, and experiences. Choose from a catalog of over 200 wine-related products and experiences including glassware, accessories, books, coolers, tasting tools, trips, and more!
How do I redeem my Grand Reserve Reward points?
Redeeming your Grand Reserve Rewards points is easy!
- Log into the Grand Reserve Rewards app at grandreserverewards.com and check your current points balance on the Dashboard to determine the number of points available to redeem.
- Visit the Shop page to view the items in the catalog.
- Select an item to redeem and add it to your shopping cart.
- Review your order in the shopping cart and tap / click on Checkout.
- Add the shipping address where you would like to send your reward and tap / click on Submit Order.
- You'll receive an email notification confirming your order and we'll keep you posted on when you'll receive your reward!
What if I don't have enough Grand Reserve Reward points to redeem an item I want in the Grand Reserve Rewards catalog?
If you don't have enough Grand Reserve Reward points to redeem an item, add it to your wishlist! Participate in bonus activities and continue to use your linked card(s) for purchases at wine shops, wine clubs, and wineries to earn more points in order to redeem the reward on your wishlist! You are not able to purchase additional Grand Reserve Rewards points, so keep on earning!
How are shipping and taxes calculated?
Shipping and taxes are already included in the Grand Reserve Rewards point price for every item in the catalog.
How quickly will I receive the reward I ordered?
Redeemed items will be processed within 2 business days and shipped domestic standard shipping. Arrival times may vary.
Is expedited shipping available? Can I ship internationally?
Not at this time. All items will be shipped domestic standard shipping.
Can I cancel a rewards order I submitted?
Members who have redeemed points for an item in the Grand Reserve Rewards catalog can submit a cancellation request via email prior to an order being processed. If the cancellation request is received prior to processing, your order will be cancelled and your points will be added to your Grand Reserve Rewards balance in the amount originally debited for the order.
Can I return an item that I redeemed with points?
Items that have been successfully fulfilled are not available for return.
What do I do if an item I redeemed is damaged when I receive it?
If your rewards item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact Customer Support firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate. If we determine the item to be damaged during delivery, points will be added to your account in the amount originally debited for the order.
What happens to my points if an item I redeemed points for is no longer available or my order is cancelled?
If we are unable to fulfill an item you ordered, we will be sure to let you know and return the points to your account.
